Processing times (before shipping)

  • Standard products: 2–3 business days

  • Personalized items (laser/CNC engraving, special formats): up to 5 business days

Processing time covers fabrication, quality check, and packing before the parcel is handed to the carrier (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping rates & options

  • Free shipping to Canada and the United States on orders of CAD $60+, calculated on the post-discount subtotal, before taxes.

  • For orders under CAD $60, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and available carrier.

Rates shown at checkout reflect real-time services to your address (e.g., Canada Post / Postes Canada, Purolator, etc.).

Duties, taxes & customs clearance

For cross-border shipments (notably to the United States), any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
These costs are not included in the shipping rates shown at checkout and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Transit times (after shipping)

Carrier-estimated timelines:

  • Quebec / nearby provinces: 2–5 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces / remote areas: 3–8 business days

  • United States (contiguous): 3–8 business days

Estimates may vary during peak periods, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Shipping address

Please ensure your full address (street number, street, postal/ZIP code) is correct. Errors may result in delays or reshipping fees.

Orders including personalized items

If your cart contains both standard and personalized items, the order will ship once all items are ready (processing time up to 5 business days).

Damaged or lost parcels

  • Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.

  • Lost / not delivered: email us; we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund depends on the investigation outcome.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, peak seasons, or customs inspections.
